There was God.
So, God would "let you down" just because one did believe in God not? Because one did know God not? I think God "shows" colors to ones who "feel" there is a Good God. Where these colors lead, I know not yet? Religion helps to know God, but is a prerequisite not. Religion helps to know God? Religion helps to know God not? Both? When all the answers are the same, then it is God. God's colors. God wants one to think about it. Thinking. That's the way. About two decades of thought. Everyone meditated. A sort of stylish way of saying "thinking about things". And about two decades of doing Good. Take care of one's spouse, family, people one has to make contact with, cleaning, growing things, etc.
I know much the past, present and future. Still I know much not.
With regards to Dune and the "spice" thing. If one is in pain/confused/etc., then some thing like "spice" may help. However, I know it is a necessity not. Once one finds one's way here and has been here often enough, one knows one's way back. Naturally. (Pardon the puns, I have lots and lots of them everywhere in my blog. For those who see.) In this case, the word Naturally is a Masterpiece. Really Resonates.
