If I tell people I believe in a God, most look at me with surprise. Almost all assume that I believe in a religious God. Many assume that I believe God controls the universe and such.
I believe in a metaphysical world that might be influenced by some entity or force. That entity or force is what I call God. The world of knowledge, good, will.
Stephen Hawkings said that he does not believe in God. He states there is no proof. I ask, "Can you prove that God does not exist?".
There is no physical proof that God exists, or that God does not exist. Also, people's conception of God varies greatly.
Just because there is no physical proof, does it mean that it does not exist? Can you physically prove that knowledge, good, or will exist? Yet, they do.
